The registration is a 3
steps process and registration is not completed until registration fee is
received.
STEP 1 -
Registration Form:

Print and fill out the form HERE, then fax to 650-286-0778 or mail in your
form.
STEP 2 -
Calculate your fee
The
registration fee includes all workshop and interest sessions. Music, housing
and meals are not included in the registration fee.
Refund Policy: There is a US$25 (CA$30) fee charged per registration for
all cancellations. Refund requests must be received by 01 July 2008.
All requests must be in writing via fax, email or post.

Note:
• Prices are per person based on a 5 nights stay (21-25 July 2008).
• Extended stay fee is for the room only. Please indicate the number of
extra night you need on your registration form.
• Each suite has 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed, and private bath.
• Please bring your own sleeping bag.
