Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations or refund (minus a US$25 (CA$30) processing fee per registration) must be received in writing (fax or email) before July 1, 2008 at 4:30pm. No refunds will be processed after July 1, 2008. All requests must be in writing via fax, email or post.

The registration fees cover only a fraction of the actual cost of operating the camps. We have relied on the generous donations of time and money by many people to make up the difference.

Youth Scholarship

A number of individual and church group scholarships have been reserved for high school and full-time college students. Applicants must submit a scholarship application form, an audition tape, and a personal statement for evaluation.

Deadline for scholarship program:  May 15, 2008. Scholarship recipients will be notified by late June, and will be awarded during the closing ceremony at the camp.
